Once more I take a few short walks along the River Lagan, her towpaths, parks and pathways exploring and photographing all that catches my eyes, mind and imagination.
I get out for an hour or so a week and with the continuing corona virus lockdowns and restrictions still in place as March begins this 2021, any fresh air is a welcome break for my mental health, health and well-being.
